The 0901 366 5201 number is set up with BT so that a single call will cost you exactly £1 when dialed from a home (or office) BT phone and we can instantly transfer that £1's worth of call time to a phone of your choice. You can then, at your leisure, use up that £1 credit by making your international calls at our super low rates. Remember if you top up from a mobile or cable phone the call may cost more than £1, please check with your service provider first.
ACCESS NUMBERS
When you want to make the international call you need to dial one of the numbers that access our service - the numbers you can dial are 0800 594 6666 or 0207 124 6666 or 0845 451 6666. Please note that when using the 0800 access number we charge a 3p per minute surcharge for your international call.
Callers must ensure they have bill payer's permission before using the Bex Technology Just-Dial service. All calls are billed by your telephone line provider at their relevant 0870, 0871, 0844, 0845, and relevant 0905 rates.
Calls are charged from time of connection to the Just-Dial service, so we advise replacing the handset after a short period if your calls are engaged or unanswered. When you call from a mobile, remember to only press the call or send button after dialing the access number but not again after dialing the destination number.
Calls to mobile phones, premium rate numbers and pagers are not included unless otherwise stated.
